These terms govern your use of apps.vaanarstack.com ("the Service"), a subscription software product operated by Yash Kumar Advisory, a sole proprietorship ("we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them.
The Service provides automated marketing audits: conversion analysis of web pages you submit, and analysis of advertising accounts you connect. Audits are generated automatically, including by AI models, and may be run on a schedule you choose.
You need a Google account to sign in. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure. You must be at least 18 and using the Service for business purposes.
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
The Service is offered on a free tier and on paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. We may change plan pricing or inclusions with prior notice to active subscribers; changes take effect from your next billing cycle.
Payments are processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Each plan includes a defined scope of use (for example, the number of brands and the audit cadence). We may throttle or suspend usage that exceeds your plan or that threatens the stability or cost of the Service.
Audits are generated automatically and are intended as guidance, not professional advice. They may contain errors or omissions, and AI-generated analysis can be wrong. You are responsible for verifying any finding before acting on it. We do not guarantee that following a recommendation will improve conversion rates, advertising performance, or revenue.
You retain all rights to the URLs, pages and advertising data you submit. You grant us permission to process them solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We retain all rights to the Service itself, including our audit methodology, rubrics, scoring and reports.
The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime and may modify or discontinue any part of it. Where permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the preceding three months.
You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time — see Cancellation and Refund Policy and Data Deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or place the Service at risk.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ranchi, Jharkhand have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email, and the date above will be updated.
