This policy covers apps.vaanarstack.com, our self-serve marketing audit tools. It describes exactly what we collect, what we send to third parties, and how long we keep it.

1. Information we collect

Payment for paid plans is handled by our payment gateway, Razorpay. We receive confirmation of your plan and payment status, but we do not collect or store your card or bank details. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

2. Pages you submit for audit

When you submit a URL, our system loads that page in an automated browser and captures screenshots and its page structure. Only publicly accessible pages can be audited; requests to private, internal or local network addresses are refused.

Please only submit pages you own or are authorised to audit.

3. Service providers and connected accounts

Google Cloud Platform — hosting, storage and databases. Data is stored in the asia-south1 (Mumbai) region.
Google Vertex AI (Gemini) — captured screenshots and page structure are sent to Google's Gemini models to generate the audit analysis.
Google PageSpeed Insights — the URL you submit is sent to Google's public PageSpeed API to retrieve performance metrics.
Meta and Google Ads — if you explicitly connect an advertising account, we use read-only API access to retrieve the advertising data needed to generate and display your audit. We do not create, modify, pause or delete campaigns, ads, budgets or targeting.
Razorpay — our payment gateway, if you subscribe to a paid plan. Razorpay processes your payment under its own privacy policy; we do not receive your card or bank details.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Advertising account access

If you connect a Meta or Google Ads account, we request read-only access. We do not create, modify, pause or delete campaigns, budgets or creatives. Access tokens are stored encrypted in Google Secret Manager and are never exposed to other customers. You can disconnect at any time from your account settings, which revokes our access and deletes the stored token.

5. How long we keep things

6. Your rights

7. Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. Stored data is encrypted at rest by Google Cloud. Access tokens are held in Google Secret Manager with access limited to the service accounts that need them. No storage bucket is publicly readable.

8. Children

This service is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

If we change this policy materially we will update the date above and notify account holders by email.
